CU student ticketed for fireworks based on YouTube video:
19-year-old Joseph Ramos of the University of Colorado posted a video of himself setting off fireworks to YouTube. The balls from the roman candle hit the side of a dorm. One of the video’s viewers just happened to be campus police who issued Ramos a ticket.
